Health Promotion

The primary focus of Health Promotion is to provide and integrate evidence-based programs to optimize the health and readiness of active duty military, reservists, and guard members. We offer performance nutrition, physical activity, sleep optimization, and tobacco prevention and cessation classes and programs. We also provide unit-specific health promotion programming. Individual tobacco treatment consults are available for active duty military.
