Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT)

We provide comprehensive services to individuals, in coordination with their commands, who are experiencing problems attributed to substance abuse or misuse. We serve active duty personnel by offering assessment, intervention education, prevention and outreach, and rehabilitative services. We also offer Department of Defense employees a one-time assessment and referral resources if further care is required or requested. We provide consultation and transfer of care services to retirees. No services are offered to dependents.
